Hi, I had just bought this game.
It is about 500++MB I suppose can download about 400-600kb per second but now it only download at 30kb per sec.
Why your server got restriction on bandwidth?
I can't open PC for whole night.
Do you have other place for me to download?

Plus it only allow me to download for 14 days, after that I had to request a new link to download again?
I found out that the download cannot resume after I stop.
(That mean I had to keep my PC running for more than 4 hours just for download?)

Sorry you are having problems. Most people get a very good rate but some people have had problems and we're in the process of upgrading the server delivery to ensure it works well for everyone. We expect this to be completed in the next few weeks.

Later if got update, is that we gonna redownload 500MB again or it just download some part of file to be replaced?
May I know why some people can get full bandwidth while some can't?
Is that any related to our IP or what?
After I try so many time, finally I found out that when I download by using firefox, it get this slow speed (I download other thing in internet by firefox always can reach about 400kb/s)
while lucky I got flashget, I use this, put the same link to download, it can reach 400kb/s.
So I also dunno what is the problem.

May I recommend the use of Internet Download Manager? It uses multiple connections to download the information in a faster time. I have used it for all of my downloads for Panzer Corps, DMP mods, etc and have had no issues with download times or corrupt downloads.

I had finished download the game already. Just want to know how to solve it permanently so that it is easy for me to buy new game and get update at here.
I know it is not fair to compare the with valve, but their service for game downloading and update really very good and easier to me compare to this.
If you got selling those 20GB size game, I think no matter how I like the game, I also can't buy it due to the download speed.
Hope that Matrix can improve on this server. (Fast download, able to resume after stop, able to patch particular file rather than redownload the whole file again)

The issue is pretty random. We have seen no pattern but we're testing moving the entire line up from one pat of the Amazon cloud to the CDN part of the Amazon cloud. We're trialling the system now and if all goes to plan the entire line up will move across. It should all be working in the next few days/weeks.

Hope that can work well. If not, I will very hard to buy new game and also download the update.
