[WAD] missing naval SAM?

Back again,

The original problem of loadout vs magazine might not have been a problem of addition/subtraction after all. It seems as though the American naval SAM (RIM-161B SM-3 NTW Blk IA) doesn't show up in the manual launch allocation menu, even if it is already included as part of a pre-loaded selection from the VLS add mount menu. The other two SAM's included in the add mount menu selection (RIM 66M-5 SM-2MR BlkIIIB and RIM-174A ERAM SM-6MR BlkI) show up and are available for launch immediately. All other loadouts (those already available and custom) seem to work just fine, providing they don't include the RIM-161B. Hope this is real and not just my inability to get it right.

Thanks again,
mustanger

P.S. GREAT SIM

What are you shooting at? SM-3's are used against ballistic missiles so they'd only show up if shooting that kind of target. List filters out weapons that can't be used against the target type you're shooting against.

Learn something new every day,

That sure would explain things. Failed to notice that fact while looking over the stats for the missile. Was mainly enterested in the 200 nm range.
Once again, many thanks.

Keep up the good work,
