Hi,
Have just bought a new computer which runs on windows 8.1 currently. My old one has my edition of Harpoon Ultimate Edition on it. I have tried to install Harpoon on the new one but there seems to be a problem with the licence key. Could someone offer some help please?

Whatever method you are using to start the game or install the game, right-click it and try running as administrator. Also, can you be more specific about when you are seeing the message and what exactly it says?

i.e. it happens when I launch Harpoon ANW 3.10 from the xyz shortcut in my start menu and says serial number error -1018.
