I downloaded the 446 Update and extracted the zip file into a folder onto my desktop.
I then clicked on the exe file in the folder and I get a pop up that says that there is an error and it's a bug.

How do I install this update?

You copy all the files & folders from that folder and paste them on your Command installation folder (default is C:\MatrixGames\CommandModernAirNavalOperations but YMMV). That's all.
