Where to put files for overlays?

I know i the future it might be possible to pack overlays in the .scen file, but for now that is not the case. Has any consensus been reached (or should we give it a shot here :) ) as to where such files should be located if included with a scenario?

Do we want to throw them all in a big pile in the actual scenario folder, or make a dedicated "Overlay" folder in the Command dir and have subdirectories in there with the scenario name?

Of course anyone can do as they wish but I was thinking it might be nice if there is a standard to make things more logical. In the end anyone can deviate as they wish but perhaps it is an idea?

And then perhaps the Overlay Manager can also be made to default to look in that folder.

Anyone?

I made an Overlay folder in the Command Dir, then in that folder a subfolder for each scenario seems to wok easiest that way. Just wish there was another way to make overlays due to the fact that Gmap and its different services is very sketchy for many regions. I have a problem getting the desired zoom in many of the former USSR airbases.

LiveEarth/BingMaps seems to be quite useful in places blurred by Google.

Well that settles it then, a folder named "Overlay" in the main Command dir with scenario subdirs it is.

All in favor: champagne on me!
All against: bugger off! [;)] [:D]
