This is from the Check for Update menu choice. It says:

The following file is in use and can't be updated: X:\...\Counter_IND.png

I don't have the game running so this makes no sense to me. When I hit Retry it just keeps putting up the same error message. So I hit Cancel and the install finishes. It now says I have the latest version although I "assume" the .png file was not updated.

I actually experienced this same issue on initial instal a few days ago. I'll watch this with interest.
