R&D

No matter how many scientists I assign to a project the R&D cost always says "0". Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Apologies, that value is no longer useful, I neglected to remove it from the screen. It used to make sense a while ago, when we had a different R&D system that involved establishing R&D levels instead of assigning SET personnel. It will no longer be there in the next update, thanks for pointing that out.
