Can someone explain the PBEM ++. I see two open games in the lobby but I have to enter a password to accept the challenge. So that means I have to contact the person outside of PBEM ++?

If so, it would be nice to have an open challenge area.

You might create a public challenge, someone will join you in a few hours. Or wait for public challenge by someone else.
Should you create a public challenge, just remember to change the default settings.
By default FOW is off and limited orders is of, not a nice way to play this game.
