Will transporting land units via riverine
movement violate KY neutrality?

Someone posted that before the patch he moved an actual ship by Kentucky and he got the blurb about violating neutrality. As I recall.

I would check that. It has been stated previously that this does NOT violate KY neutrality; IE, the Union can go get Ft. Donelson during this period.

Can someone confirm?

I transferred a brigade from Cincinnati to someplace in West Virginia
last night, utilizing riverine movement. There was no indication in the
subsequent turn that Kentucky neutrality had been violated. I'm guessing
that movement of land units via riverine movement does not violate Kentucky's
sacred neutrality but that using actual transports does.
