I accidentally the whole base folder, how can I return it to the original files? preferably with out uninstalling-reinstalling.

Ok, I just deleted the Base folder and then re-installed the game, it didn't take as long as a first install because it seems it looks for installed files first so it only installed the missing files.

Glad you were able to resolve that. You might also have been able to go to the Windows 'Recycle Bin' and restore the deleted files as well, depending on how you deleted them.
