what happened when you clicked on the download link? any error messages?

Did you see the download link on the final order complete page? Did you receive the order confirmation e-mail with the download link? What exactly is happening when you try to download?

Got an error that my credit card can't be charged, but it was really changed and I got a serial number in my account.
When I go to My Orders there is a link but I doesn't work. I get this message:

Cannot download

This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.

That is extremely odd. Can you e-mail me your order number at erikr@matrixgames.com please?

I just replied - it looks like your order was in fact not completed. No serial number or download link was sent as the order was not completed. Payment was declined, though we don't know why - it could be your bank was surprised if you don't normally have charges from our payment processor showing up. Best bet is to call your bank and ask them why the payment did not go through.

I tried again using Paypal and everything is OK now and I'm downloading the game.

I'll keep an eye for the first credit card charge I got to take it back if needed.

Did not receive confirmation email. Have order number and serial number because I bought the game on another PC and did not want to downlaod at that time. Now I want to download but no confirmation email was ever sent. Plimus site does not allow you to download from their site unless you sign in as a vendor.
