File Download

I have downloaded the file, the size is 2,239,172 KB (a little over 2.2 GB) and the file name is dlapp.jsp.
But when I double click on it, it says there is no application associated.
Please don't say download again, because that was the last of my download allowance.
Any help appreciated.

dlapp.jsp is not the correct file, though that's the right size. Did you accidentally rename it during the download? Try renaming the file to something like WIF.exe and then double-click it to see if the installer starts.

That did not work.
I use Internet Download Manager per your advice (because of prior download issues) so it kicked in and downloaded the file. I never name the file, or at least never have, IDM handles all that, I thought.
Anyway, there is always sneaker mail.
Thanks

It is a Zip file so you can try renaming to WIF.zip, and try unzipping it

I'm sorry that didn't work. Could you e-mail me your order number to
erikr@matrixgames.com please? I'd like to try the download link you were sent just to see if I can duplicate the issue.
Do you have any option to download it at a friend's house or a library, put it on a usb key or DVD and bring it home that way?

I unzipped the ver 1.00 file to reinstall but keep getting and error message asking for the next disk after the first files were extracted.

as mentioned in the other thread, best to chose a download place other than the desktop to setup the correct file permissions to unpack, unless run as admin, it may not give it the right permissions to open and use a temp folder to unpack and then install, so will or can error out with an error, once moved from the desktop to elsewhere, eg C:\downloads etc, it should work fine, as folders make elsewhere will be and have the correct temp file association with them to unpack and use.
