French Secret Convoy

The French convoy line seems to have some blackmarket convoy help in regards to BeChar, Algeria and the factory in Toulouse, France.
As can be seen in the screen shot. Senegal, Iraq and Indo-china conform to the convoy routine. While Algeria is given an invisible convoy. In fact Senegal is piggybacking on the secret convoy too!
As much as this is a nice bug for the French, it is a bug.
