I ordered on release day....so I'm curious when Matrix is gonna start shipping out the WIF physical copies....

my email said:

A copy of the books and DVD, and if you ordered the Maps the map pack as well, will ship out to you within 2 business days of the order date. You will receive separate notifications upon shipment and delivery of your order

i haven't received notice its been shipped yet though

I have not received anything either.

maybe we can get a refund for them breaking their promise [:D]

Well, it came out last Thursday. Today is a US holiday, Veteran's Day. Hopefully Matrix Games is working and they will start shipping today. But, it may be tomorrow.

I am impatient too, and want my copy! Hopefully Matrix will respond with an actual release schedule for folks who ordered up to now.

They might still have a day.....the order info says within 2 business days.

Assuming you bought on release day.....

- Thursday November 7th, Game Released
- Friday, November 8th, Business Day
- Saturday, November 9th, Not a Business Day
- Sunday, November 10th, Not a Business Day
- Monday, November 11th, I don't believe considered a business day in the USA (assuming that is where Matrix is) because of Veteran's Day
- Tuesday, November 12th, Business Day

So I am thinking if you don't receive a ship noticed by the end of Tuesday, November 12th, then maybe there is a case:)

Usually get email with tracker info and my stuff in 2-3 days. So far not even a peep. No worries or hurries.[;)]

Curious if anbody has gotten an email indicating shipping yet?

Hi guys,

Our apologies, we were hoping to start shipping on Friday as we had everything in stock, but the warehouse is a bit behind schedule. We had a connectivity issue between the store and the warehouse last week and the shipment timing was then exacerbated by the holiday weekend. All should be fixed now and I expect copies to start shipping in the next day, based on my latest communication with the warehouse today. Please let us know when you start seeing your shipment notifications.

Hi guys, orders are burning and shipping today. Most of you will receive e-mails today, there may be a few back-orders that don't ship out until tomorrow. We have extra staff in the warehouse today to speed things along.

Excellent news! I was hoping to get it by Saturday, since I'm going out of town for a few days and this would be excellent reading material. I'm not optimistic, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Just wondering if this will ship out of Portland, Oregon like it did with other matrix games that I have ordered. Thanks
