What is the range of ALQ 99 the EMC jammer on EW aircraft. What will it do in the game. Are the effects of each pod cumulative?

Jammers jam search radars (reduce detection range) and fire-control radars (reduce range at which guns/missiles can be controlled). Yes, they are cumulative. Yes, bearing and range matter. Yes, we answered these same questions a while ago.
