Fast Transport loading problem

I partially loaded IJA rgt (4000+ troop) onto a fast transport (2450 troop load) at Truk knowing it wouldn't fit as per the pic. I was following this up with an amphibious TF that I was going to load the next turn. Problem is I have no IJA rgt left to load onto it at Truk. It all seems to have loaded onto the fast TR?

Odds are you managed to load the whole regiment onto your initial TF. Don't forget that the game also uses available cargo space for troops, not just the "troop load" capacity, and that for the Japanese it does so fairly efficiently. Take a look at the unit organization of your regiment - it will at least show all the AV you have loaded (giving you a rough idea whether the whole regiment loaded or it didn't.) It will also show any fragments that may not be on ships or at Truk if the whole regiment didn't load. If after doing that you
still can't find most of your regiment, and you're sure it started the turn whole, then you may want to post a save.
