I am just getting underway on another game, but I think I can handle two. Good to play a fellow WITE player.

It's OK for me for the settings.
For the side, It's not important, you can choose your favorite.
I have to many things to learn with both side [:D].

Any house rules? Maybe something to do with USA amphibious assaults?

I'm nearly noob to the game so, it's difficult to have house rules.
But I have one in mind :
- Except in the border states, raid with regular cavalry must be made with a leader.

If you have other house rules, it'll be OK for me.

Looking for opponent.

Historical attrition. Hidden activation. Easy supply off. Manual reinforcements nad naval boxes handling.

Restrictions on raiders (border states or west without commander) and amphibious assaults/movement.

Coastal/Fort artillery blocks movement on rivers (New Orleans is exception). Mussel Shoals is limit riverine and ship movement in Tennessee.
