Possible bug with saved BP

Unless there is some rule I am not aware of, should not the Chinese get 7BP here and not 6? I went through with the turn, and when the production screen appeared, they only had the 6BP listed here.

I you can only retrieve 1 BP per turn from a city except the capital from which you should be able to retrieve all that are saved there. Since Chungking is the capital both BP ought to be available immediately. Sounds like a bug

Ah, maybe the game does not recognize the bold part?

Do you still have a saved game for this (MadExcept@MatrixGames.com)? I don't like the counter in the city showing 1 BP and the form showing 2. When there are 2 BPs in the hex, there should be one counter showing 2 BPs.

Afraid not, but I will try to recreate this event.

I have recreated this bug for all major powers, and I also realize where the bug occurs.
I placed all BPs (X) in each major capitol, then I chose pick up BP, this removes all BP in the hex, but only gives you back ONE BP no matter how many you have placed there. The next turn, you are still told that you have saved (X) BP from the previous turn, but only one is actually available on the map.

*edit* just realised that the bug might also be that although the available BP to place number is decreased, only one BP is actually saved in the hex to start with (as the counter did not increase, only said 1BP)

If you want a savegame, just let me know which phase you want the save from.

I don't understand what you mean by "pick up". A saved game from anywhere in the end-of-turn phases before the Production phase should let me recreate this.

If you look closely, there is a "2" in the screenshot to the LEFT of the counter. Whatever that means.. could mean there are 2x 1BP counter in the hex.?
