Duplicate Manual Delivered

Hi Matrix folks,
Really hate to say this but unfortunately I received my package today and I have got 3 Manuals but 2 of them are the "players manual volume 2" and it looks like I am missing Rules as Coded.
I have logged a ticket with support but whilst waiting for them I am curious as to what will happen e.g. I am in the UK thus do I need to send the duplicated book back to USA?, How much will this cost me?, do I take a picture and send to you as proof etc etc
I am of course slightly disappointed that this has happened to me to be honest but as the game is so great I will just chill out reading vol 1 & 2 but hope this can be resolved and I can get the Rules as Coded sent out to me ASAP.

It is very possible there is another guy receiving 2x "Rules as Coded". If you are lucky he lives just a couple of hexes away from you
Might be better to make the exchange directly in that case.
You also have a PDF of all books in the download/DVD.

Hexes better be couple of doors or streets away
as for digital version, yes I have that but I hate PDF and want my hardcopy. I was gonna show the lads in the office what I meant by a proper game (they play COD). I cant do this now until I get the third manual
On a completely different note, the books are very nice indeed and I am glad I bit the bullet and got the game.

Shipping: GBP £27.75 but nothing at the door so I assume no extra cost incurred for me. To be honest I have ordered a few games from Battlefront and hard copy never came with additional charges either. Maybe we are lucky in the UK.
Just an update:- Support have picked up on my issue and I believe they are going to send me a new manual. Just had to double confirm the one that was missing.
And Shannon V. OKeets, I will need to read them a lot more than twice as a complete noob
Thanks Matrix and Slitherine for the speedy support. I am patient as to be honest, the first 2 will keep me busy till the rules arrive.
