Great. Looks like my cut of tea.
Just one question, the infantry are counters/chits, but not the armour?
Why is that?
I prefer those nice infantry counters to the an 8 'blob' representation in Steel Panthers...

This scenario happens to be an all infantry fight and those wrecks are placed before the game begins.
The only armour you see in these pics are wrecks, so they are not usable and therefore just become terrain features. Normal operational tanks are "chits" just like the infantry.

How about crew served and off board indirect ? Are they included ? If so, how ?

Off map arty is included, with leaders able to call in fire on locations within their LOS. On map mortars also appear.
As for crew-served weapons, the occasional heavy MG is present, as well as AT guns and Infantry guns. There is no separate crew counter. If the gun is destroyed, nothing remains.
This is different from the smaller MGs, flamethrowers, etc., carried by one's squads. If the squad dies, these weapons remain in the hex and can be picked up by anyone.

Ok, cool. I don't see any terrain elevation changes on the map shown. Are terrain elevation changes accounted for in the game ?

Yes wrecks degrade LOS and provide cover for units in the same hex.

There are hills in the game. In fact on battle is for a giant hill.....

No.
