registration problem

So I went through the registration for NetPlay when I first downloaded the game. But there were problems with reloading saved games, and I ultimately uninstalled and re-installed, which solved the savegame problem. However, I am now denied access to the NetPlay server. Help! :-/

At which point are you denied access?
Are you using the same username and password? The server has a record of what you entered the first time and has that stored with your serial number.
You can look at NetPlayReg.txt for what MWIF is sending to the server when it attempts to connect.
Do not edit that file unless you first make a copy as a backup!
