OPLAN 312 Scenario

This is an alternate history scenario, where President Kennedy feels the missiles in Cuba must be removed from Cuba and agrees to OPLAN 312.

Very interesting! A non-nuclear version of the other scenario. Testing now.
You might want to disperse USAF aircraft onto several bases, that one will jam when they all start at once.

Yeah, at the very least add MacDill and move some strike A/C there.

I've played your scenario it was fun but:
Game ended when i destroyed 1 group of ICBM launchers.
Few enemy aircrafts.
US side have lots of bombers.
SAM doesnt protect the ICBM launchers.
Few enemy missions.
USSR side is not a threat, its almost useless.
