INF can cross alpine hexside

A German INF in Dubrovnik can move two hexes east, crossing an alpine hexside.
In the screenshot, the 6-4 is the unit in question. It starts the movement phase in Dubrovnik, and is in the movement stack as the screenshot is taken.

Did it get there disorganised (because that is possible using the MTN SW, woods W and MTN NW route)? If so, it isn't a bug.

Did possibly the zoom level of the map, when depicting the the infantry unit in question, remove the small black triangle from the unit type symbol, and that is actually the German 6-4 MTN unit?

I missed the forest route. It is an INF, not a MTN.
