Just to be clear, you can see the list of 12 tutorials, but clicking on any of them has no effect?

Assuming that is the case, you can try accessing them directly. They are stored in the subfolder TrainingVideos. You can then click on each of the files.

If that also fails, then you need to install a player for WMV files. Windows Media Player does that, as do many other programs.
