I have a newer computer and I am playing an email game. SO I download the files transfer them to the desktop and then open up the matrix games save file. Sometimes it will let me put the saved game file in and sometimes it wont. I can always put the combat save in. If I get the error message " saving requires admin privilege" I have to restart the computer. What is confusing is why sometimes I can save by over ride and sometimes I cant.

This is just a guess, but it sounds like you have installed the program in the wrong place. If you install AE in the Programs folder then you will run into problems like that.

Try installing AE in the C:\ folder (meaning it will be in something like "C:\Matrix Games" etc.).

no its not in the program folder. Like I said its about 50/50 if I have to restart the computer. If it was every time I cold understand but its not
