The main form and the "Initiative Information and Decision" form have a disagreement over whose impulse it is. Compare the main form's "Allied #5" and the Initiative form's "Axis #5". The main form is correct.

The axis won the initiative, but elected to go second. This is the second allied impulse of the turn; the only Axis impulse so far was #3.

this is really cosmetic, and only happen when you choose the other side to move first.
