Lots of music distortion - Hear music fine for periods of time. Then music in backgroud with terrible grumbling type static sound throughout.

Music works just fine here.

Are you just listening to the Trailer track or did you provide your own MP3s? Does the music get consistently bad with the same MP3 track?

There's now a soundtrack??

Same issue here with B469 and Trailer track.
Haven't played enough to tell if there is some event which starts the noise.

Same here (469). It appears that the original track gets distorted after one or two loops (it might be the same track, but its hard to identify, the sound is hard to listen to). I have no idea if this can be captured in a savegame but will provide in this thread next time it happens.

Well my main menu music is also distorted, besides that its loud has hell I have to lower my volume by 20db, but the cream on that is that 3 seconds after that tracks stops playing the game cashes, that works EVERY TIME.
I tried that track in my MP3 player and it ran just fine so must be a problem with the game, Net crap and DX are installed, I even cleaned Net with this tool:

and reinstalled 4 and 4.5(btw include a real full version of that, silly to download that as the user could right away download & install a real full version) and DX again but now luck, bad decision to let the game rely and MS crap.

Soundcard is a Creative X-Fi Titanium PCI Express.

I got it here too. Sorry guys for now turn the music off. Logged and we'll take a look.

Not just music, you should look at the audio part of the game completely, my game crashed again and again, now I have turned off all sounds and it ran for hours just fine.

Coming back after a while I still hear the title music playback is fubar inside the game and lead to a crash 3 seconds after it's finished playing.

BUMB, same problem here. Sounds are buggy

Was there a pop-up with the error message during the crash? If yes, next time this happens could you please post a screenshot of it?

I confirm the problem with playing sounds in the game. Music is played from interference. The phenomenon intensifies when on the main screen open additional windows. I tested and I played sounds from the game with two players directly from the folder "sounds" in the game. All the plays were clean. Evidently the problem of interference sounds and music associated with the game. I ran a few tests with different configuration and settings sounds, but the effect of interference repeated each time. The game is great, incredibly complex and addictive, because emerging problem with playing sounds is unpleasant dissonance. Thank you for the great entertainment and fun with your game. Please look at the problem. Maybe the problem is the format of the audio files used in the game or playback software? [&:]

We're actively working on this and hopefully should have the fix next build. Sorry this happened but thank you for reporting guys. Its a huge help!
