Infinite convoy points

How to get infinite convoy points:
Here I use the Guadalcanal quick start as an illustration.
Pass as the Japanese. Pick a combined for the US, and pass for the CW.
In naval movement, move one convoy point (CP) to Dutch Harbor, which disorganizes it, and two TRS to the Bering Sea, adjacent to Dutch Harbor. Advance to Naval Reorganization.
The two TRS appear in the select units form; pick one of them. You will be given the opportunity to reorganize the CP for 2 reorganization points. Spend a point and click Done. Bring up the Naval Review Details form, click on the Status radio dot, and look at Dutch Harbor. There will be two counters there: An organized, out of supply 1 point convoy unit, and a disorganized, in supply 0 (zero) point convoy unit.
There will still be a TRS in the select units form. Click on it, and you will have a chance to reorganize the zero point convoy unit. Do so. Now look at Dutch Harbor again. There will now be three units there: Two unsupplied, organized one point units, and a third disorganized, supplied convoy counter with rather more ships. Bring up the Naval Review Summary, select Dutch Harbor, and you will find that there are 257 convoy points in Dutch Harbor. Thus the third convoy unit has 255 convoy points in it.
This will solve anyone's convoy point shortage problem, although one would have to be careful if one were using oil.
P.S. As an aside, shouldn't it only cost one reorganization point to reorganize a CP in a combined action? A CP is half a naval unit and reorganization costs are doubled in a combined, so 0.5 * 2 = 1.
