No fratricide among nuclear cruise missiles

Haven't had occasion to toss MIRVs yet, but I did happen to notice that there is apparently no fratricide among nuclear armed cruise missiles. I can understand and appreciate the philosophy behind ignoring it with RVs (potentially), but is it intentional with slow movers like cruise missiles?
