ussr production in barbarossa?

What's the correct amount of production for the USSR in Barbarossa?
I just played a game and the USSR never had more than 7 resources available.
However the scenario says it controls 16 off-map resources and 4 off-map factories, plus 5 resources each turn from lend-lease if they can go through Murmansk or Archangelsk.
Here's a screenshot of production at the very beginning of the game. USSR is not yet at war so the production multiple is low and it doesn't get lend-lease, but shouldn't it control more resources than 7?

The picture shows 23 resources and 23 BPs.

If you looked before war, you might see less BPs because the Russian Production Multiplier is much lower.

cdebasso, the screenshot you are showing is from German production.

In WIF much of USSR is outside the playable map (area) and are therefore off-map. Most of the USSR resources are located in that area hence they are listed (and recived) as off-map resources and factories.

This is resolved differently in MWIF since there are only one map but the resources available for production should be the same.

Thanks for pointing out the wrong screenshot... Here's the right one. USSR has only 7 resources, ie it does not get the off-map resources announced in the scenario. OK, I get that in MWIF they are not strictly speaking "off-map" - my point is that the USSR does not get them, whereas it should.

cdebasso,
It certainly looks like you've been shorted your off map resources. Since you haven't gone far in the game you might want to restart and really pay attention to the set up to check your production planning screen during USSR set up.

When I played Barbarossa solitaire I didn't have problems with getting off map resources to my factories.

My goof. I assumed since the production problem was Russia's the screen shot would be too. Silly me.

I actually finished the game and the USSR didn't ever get more than 7 resources. No off-map resources, no resources from trade (even though Archangelsk was soviet-controlled the whole time).

What could I do during setup that would influence that? The screen just tells me that the USSR only controls 7 resources. It's not an issue of managing to get them to factories - they are just not there to be used in production.

In my game Germany crushed the USSR. Now I understand better why. My question is, how many build points per turn can the USSR normally rely on in a Barbarossa scenario?

If you are talking about the very 1st scenerio of the game, I am not sure what you are doing incorrectly. But here is a screenshot of my Barb game that clearly shows the correct production levels of 12 BP available.

Uninstall and re-install is the only thing I can come up since my version of the game is obviously working correctly and yours is not. This was both under the 1.0 release and the above shot is under 1.05

Here is the actual production screen for Russia in case there were any doubts about the 12 BP.
