All * Fields are filled in, but it never says there is a problem just does not proceed.

Tried Paypal and Direct CC

The box is bordered in yellow when I click and have let it set for way over 5min.

Not sure what else to do.

Hi Lee,

From the description in your original post, it seems you're trying to fill in a field (that is with a yellow border) and you're having trouble. Can you please tell me which field is it? What is its label?

The yellow bordered is the NEXT after the address and picking paying payment options on an order.

Like I said I think it is my account causing it.

I have orderd many in the past but can not seem to get anything on any computer or browser.

I placed my order, for SOW Gett it took me to a page where I added a expansion, then it goes to Addy and billing page.
That is what I can not get by, tried Paypal and direct CC no joy.

Hello. I'm having an issue with the sale that's running now. I've tried to order Harpoon Ultimate Edition and the price doesn't change to the sale price. Is there a code or coupon in use? I'm using IE 11. Would you look into this? Thanks for your time

Did you make it as far as checkout to see if the sale reflects there?

IE 11 seems to have a host of issues. I would recommend against upgrading if you can for now. We are having to make all sorts of changes to our systems to support it. Thanks MS

Switch to Mozilla Firefox. So much better and free of course. Plus you won't have to look at the MSN propaganda 'news' bull when you open a page. It has a popup blocker addon also and several others. Plus, Ive never had a problem with my purchases.

Thanks guys for your fast replies, but NONE of the suggestions work. I go as far as inputting card info, but still no sale price listed and I used Firefox this time. I can't go farther than that because it will sent the charge to my card and I only have enough to get the game using the sale price.
