Hello.
As I have pasted the image as follows, Supply line through Base to Base is not active.
Singora Base has 20000+ supply, but George Town Base is `out of supply` whatever
there is plenty of supply 2 hex away, or being seized by japanese for weeks ago.

This problem is happened along Thailand, Malaya and Philippines Invasion.
No problem for China Invasion.

how to solve it? please help me.[&:]

If you want supply to move outward from Singora, then lower the requirement levels and/or stockpiling for supply at Singora. The "+" sign you see next to your supply at this base (picture below) means you have told the computer that you want to draw more supply here than you already have. Since that's what you are ordering, the program will try to honor this by keeping supply from leaving in Singora until you hit your requested level -only then will it allow additional supply to flow outwards. Since in your case you don't have enough additional supply, you won't see any outward flow. Just lower your settings for Singora (or send a lot more supply there) and you'll be fine.

Also, welcome to the forums!! Just saw that this was your first post. The game is complicated. That's a big part of what makes it fun. Keep asking questions when you have them and you'll get there.

Note too that (at least as of the last official patch) I don't believe the "pull supply" resets when a base changes hands. So even if you haven't played with the supply slider it might be set high because of your opponent.
