How do we increase constructor speed to

A. Repair Found ships and

B. Repair your own

Does increasing ship building yard modules stack ie 1 does 200 will 2 double the speed it repairs/refits?

Atm there are so slow

The construction yard components do not stack as far as I know. In order to increase construction speed, you need to research the corresponding tech. This will also allow you to build bigger bases/ships.

On the other hand, you could play as Ackdarians, as they have a ridiculous 60% increase in construction speed. It's definitely noticeable.
