Selecting Pieces

Hello. Sorry if I missed it in the manual but is there a way of quickly selecting all units under a commander ? For instance in the tutorial selecting the SHQ 1st Arm in the OB would select all units under it. It's not always easy to select from the map and selecting from the OB would be a lot easier as an alternative. I can single click from the OB but not multi click.

SPG,

There will be a way to Alt+click a HQ on the map and auto select all subordinates in the upcoming 2.03 update.

Not currently. The OOB code with all of the drag and drop is complex as is. I can check with Rob and see if it is something we can do in the future.

... i have to say that selecting is very boring now. I am very pleased that it will be upgraded in 2.03. Could you please reveal the planed term of publishing this patch? Thx! ;)

... and multi-select from OB would be VERY useful.

Well with the Matrix Team going on holiday this week and not back in the office until the 6th of January, I would guess somewhere between the 8th-10th of January. that assumes no other issues on our end by then and nothing blocking Matrix from doing the installer and posting the files (like another new game). We'll do our best to keep you guys posted.

yes selecting multiple units from the oob would be very helpful, hope it makes it in at some point.
