I'm beginning to get a bit frustrated.

I am following the Interactive tutorials to familiarise myself with MWiF, but am stuck on 12. Screen Layouts and Map Views.

Here is my problem.




On page 1 of 11 ( pictured ), I follow the instruction down to the line RC ( S L Form ) etc. So I RC on the SL Form, and then click on Save Screen Layout from the drop down menu.



This screen then comes up:



It quite clearly says in the top left hand corner of the window 'Save Current Screen Layout'

The interactive tutorial then says to LC Mine, which I proceed to do. It then says LC Save????
Where is the save button?
The only options are 'Open' and 'Cancel'.

So after several attempts at not being able to proceed I am at my wits end.

I think the idea of customising your own sceen layout is a great idea, and I am looking forward to personalising how MWif looks, but I've either got a brain block, I'm doing something wrong, or I'm missing something.



Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Open means save.

No idea why.

You have to setup the screen layout for each major power.

Use Open. The way things are saved has been changed lately. This has not been corrected in the tutorials, I'm afraid. A small oversight, but easy to correct, I think.
