I just collapsed Vichy, and ran into a bug:

French Polynesia and Martinique went under German control, causing a large number of French naval units to have to roll for being overrun.

There were French Naval units in French Polynesia and some stored oil, but no land units of any kind. Martinique had some French naval units, but no land units, either.

Each home country or territory aligned with Vichy France becomes conquered by any Axis major power that has a land unit in it. Other home countries and territories aligned with Vichy France align with Free France (or become Free France with a new home country if it is currently completely conquered).

Morocco, which had French naval units but no oil, correctly went Free French, as did Syria, which had a Vichy land unit and stored oil.

The French naval units in Morocco were disorganized, whereas the units in Martinique and some of the units in French Polynesia were organized; I don't know if that is important, but there has to be a reason that Morocco went French while Polynesia and Martinique went to Germany.
