it is planed to relase version which will have all dlc included with main game, or all dlc pack ?
or even beter - it is planed gold version with some new features ?

and another question - it is here chance that new patch (if relased) will bring improved combat model - like we have in civil war 2 - in which you can chose at start basic strategy ?

Its not - read
this and check out the 'improve PoN' directory.
There is a lot of preparatory work being done with an eye to making the best use of limited resources, but yes, progress is slow.

it WAS planed to make wwi scenario,, when game was originaly relsed, but unfortuntely it was later scratched
. I will love that scen too.

well its not a PoN DLC, but it does seem as if AGEOD are going to make a WW1 game based on the AGE system, check out this
thread.
