Hello,

I had 2 Italian fortifications in Tobrouk. CW took Tripoli and so conquested Libya at the end of the previous turn, but some hexes including Tobrouk are still Italian controlled because of Italian armies there. But, the Tobrouk's fortifications disappear. Is it a bug? (I cannot reproduce it, because I'm just seeing the absence of fortifications and I have no more any usable saved file).

Fortification markers are removed when enemy land units enter the fortified hex (this implies change of hex control) or when you chose to during production. Seemingly the game sees the hex control changed and implies a land unit must have entered. Looks like a bug.
