Group withdrawal / disbanding

I've had a hard time figuring out the difference between withdraw and disband, and, with a few hours of downtime at work, I think I've got a decent explanation of what actually happens, if not the rationale behind it. Does this look correct to people? There are a few holes, but I'm hoping people here can help correct. I'm using an image because the formatting helps me understand it. I am happy to update if I got anything wrong, and to transcribe to text for easier searching when it's as accurate as we can make it.

Withdraw out of supply - group's planes lost but group with pilots reappear in 60 days.

In each of the three scenarios listed above? Any other oversights?
