I've just recently upgraded to the latest beta build and it seems like since I've upgraded, I haven't been able to traverse an order tree using the control key and down arrow.

I give a Bn HQ an assault task and then a few minutes later I select the Bn HQ, hold down the shift key and press the down arrow. The highlight sometimes moves to the FUP indicator showing that part of the task, but pressing the down arrow again doesn't proceed to the assault task indicator.

Perhaps I'm not remembering how this works?

If you've only waited a short while you may not have any propagated orders for subordinates.
Check that the unit doesn't have a blank-(purple) orders box (waiting for currently assigned orders - blank-(white) is waiting for orders (no queue)).

I thought I had waited long enough, but I didn't check the unit info status, so I'll recheck.
