Would like to throw this on my 'work' laptop to play when travelling - would it be okay?

What are the specs on the laptop? The game can run 1024x768 on XP with directX 7 so we cover a pretty low end.

As I have already pointed elsewhere, I am running FPC also onn my Acer netbook with integrated graphic card, though using a secondary monitor as primary, set at 1280x1024 32 bit without much inconvenience, except for the initial placing of units, which is slower.

Thanks - I've purchased and loaded it on the laptop - 2 weeks at the beach and a great backup for evenings and bad weather.

I have the netbook at my beach house too, but I soon will have to replace it for a more powerful computer, although FPC runs pretty well, other software isn't as easy going! [:'(]
