I'm sure it's just me, but this is what I get following your links:
XML Parsing Error: unexpected parser state Location: jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/toolkit/content/global/netError.xhtml Line Number 305, Column 54: <div id="ed_netTimeout">&netTimeout.longDesc;</div>
Either way, thanks

Same problem.
There seem to be so many of these sites which cause nothing but problems when downloading, even standard files like zips.
The old system when people hosted their own websites and downloads rather than shoving things up in the cloud, or whatever, worked far better for me.
However hopefully the sets will be 'adopted' by the developers so I'll see them in due course, as they seem to be well regarded.
Thanks, Barny, for your efforts

www.datafilehost.com with Firefox try IE
Unmark "Use our download manager and get recommended downloads"

Thanks for the tip.
But, whilst I am sure I would (hopefully will, in due course) be appreciative of your substantial efforts in this regard I am afraid that I see no reason why people use these 'crap sites' which force me to use one browser rather than another to download stuff or place other restrictions on my choice of utility software.
This is a general comment, rather than aimed at you personally: unfortunately you are not alone in this regard......
And I do appreciate the effort you have put in to make these files available.
Thanks.

I appreciate that this isn't fundamentally your problem but I do resist when a download is turned into an exe file, with all the consequent dangers, and I am asked to download other software along with yours.
BTW did the latest DB update contain any of your images: I would like to see them despite my reservations about your method of delivery [:)]

Bazza-I updated the latest DB downloads with Barny's images. Several of his last packages (the Saudi and Russian ones) didn't make this update, as he posted them after I had submitted the update. However, they will be in the next update in about two weeks. Likewise, his CWDB images will be posted in the next update to that file, which will be posted
in a couple of days.
FYI, I am posting updates approximately every 2 weeks to the image files, and I am including all the images I am aware of. Likewise, I'm and a couple of other players are writing the description files. If anyone wants to help with either of those projects, PM me, and I'll get you started.
Barney-Thank you very much for the effort you are making on these images. Your work is very helpful! [:)]

Well that just taught me... I trusted this file to be clean... According to BitDefender my system was infected immediately with 3 different viruses... Cleaning now but come on people... if you are going to contribute place your files someplace where people can at least trust the download...
The other post by this user for the 'Saudi Arabia' download has the same virus issues.
My bad for assuming but still...

Malakie-I run Norton's 360, with all the updates. I checked Barney's files before posting them, and I just checked them again, as well as the entire DB3000 and CWDB image files. I'm not showing any infection from the files. My guess is that your AV program is hitting on the file because of a low reputation score, which is simply based on the fact that few people have downloaded the file. Can you be more specific about what virus your AV system is saying it has identified?
