Started game for first time and cant see entire screen

I just purchased and downloaded, but I cant see the entire screen, I picked skill level and axis but there is no way to start the game or adjust it, it must be somewhere off my screen because of screen res.

I changed my native screen resolution and got the game to start, but the resolution is still screwed up and the mouse will only scroll the screen to the left??? is this game that buggy for windows 7?
