[NO ISSUE] B480 Bug Report - CTD Using Right Toolbar

Bug Report from B480
Selecting any option from right toolbar produces the following error.
Have uninstalled, deleted residual files, reinstalled and re-patched to 480, error still persists.
Accessing DB viewer etc from menu does not produce this error.
What other information can I provide that would help to resolve this error?
My next step is to uninstall, reinstall, but not patch to 480 to see if it is purely an issue with this build, although it has not cropped up on any previous builds I have used.
