In the middle of a game the mission window ceased to function, and will not open whether from the mission editor or when creating a new mission.

This is a persistent problem, and is the same in new games, old saved games, etc. Mission screen will never appear.

I've saved an example for replication purposes.

Please open the game. Select Game from the top menu and then Game Options from the drop down. Press the reset positions of secondary windows. Let us know if your issue still isn't resolved.
