In my most recent new game, pirates raided one of my colonies, and they stole me "advancements in ship scanning.

But I didn't start to research ship scanning and it is still on 0%.

Excellent last hours in 2013 to all.

Yes I have noticed this as well in 1.9.13. Please put version in title.

In the same game, disassembling some ships I have found give me a bonus in technology I already have.
