BtR - How can i change the production?

I've read that the Lw-Player can change the production. How? I didn't finde a button for it.

Please help.

You are talking about BOB or BTR?

Go for 'Production List' and 'Show Requirement': then you can choose 'Production Control: Human',
and you're able to do what you want.
