Can't move loaded TRS through port

I have a TRS that start in a port, loads a unit, moves to another port, and wants to keep moving, still carrying the unit that it loaded in the first port. Even using cntl-click, the program won't let me do that. Indeed, I generate an access violation when I try.
Why do I want to do this? I am taking a combined, and want to move an SCS along with the TRS and pick up a division in the second port.

I have successfully moved a single transport to sea, into a port, loaded it, then moved back out to sea.
But,
I had to hold the ctrl key down the entire time.
if i let up on the ctrl key it would fail.
I've never tried moving more than 1 ship or tried using a scs and a division.

That is not what I tried to do.
I loaded a TRS in its starting port, moved it to another port, and tried to move it to sea, still carrying its original unit, while an SCS with the TRS picked up a division in the second port. The unit loaded at the first port was automatically unloaded at the second port, and attempting to load it again produced an access violation.

Sounds like a bug. This isn't something that I remember having ever tested.
