Reinstalled WIF last night (screwed up some files and wanted a fresh install). Everything was fine. We had a power outage last night where I live (temperature was -11 with wind chills -38 - great night!). Started up the computer this morning and now I get the following message when I start WIF.

Not sure what to do.

Did what it said and reinstalled (did not uninstall) - only took about 20 seconds - version stayed 1.08.3 so not really sure what it did but it now works.
