Kudos for customer service

Kudos to Matrix/Slitherine for 150% customer service. I had a shipping problem. M/S took total ownership of the problem and worked at it until it was fixed, with no excuses, delays, double-talk, and me having to argue/fight my way through as sometimes happens with some companies.
